      <title>Experienced Customer Service Administrator - BANKING EXPERIENCE City of London DJK4563</title>
      <description>A City based Bank seeks experienced Customer Service Administrators to join them for a 6 month contract. 

The successful candidates will join the current UK Retail Division and service a large number of existing customers through a combination of a telephony service, postal service and operational processing. The UK Retail's primary focus is on direct savings. 

Key tasks include; 

* Responding to clients via the telephone, dealing with around 40 calls in a day with enquiries surrounding bank statements, certificates of interest, balance enquiries, account enquiries and similar 
* Responding in writing to clients requests to a range of requests such as account opening, confirmation of transactions and similar 
* Accurate static data changes such as change of address, taxation and data clean up projects 

Skills and experience required; 

* Experience in a busy call/contact centre withing banking and experience of dealing with administrative tasks
* Data entry and static data amendment experience 
* Experience of drafting and reviewing customer correspondence 

Qualifications required; 

* Min 5 GCSE's passes or equivalent education is essential (including Maths and English C and above) 

Candidates must be able to commit to the fixed term contract, and to be able to work a shift rotation between 08.00 - 18.00hrs (Monday to Friday.)

      <description>You will be a member of the Product Management team.  The team has broad responsibility for product management, product development, strategy and planning for all funds distributed globally.

RESPONSIBILITIES

&amp;#61607; Manage fund development projects to maintain each fund's market appeal and regulatory 
    integrity.  This will include fund launches / closures and new share class issuance's. 
&amp;#61607; Work closely with other members of the product management team, investment team, legal, 
    compliance, operations, client service, sales and marketing to ensure effective product    
    management of the funds.  Be a source of technical product expertise.
&amp;#61607; Assist in the management of third party relationships for the funds.
&amp;#61607; Maintain documentation for our Irish domiciled fund ranges including prospectuses, simplified 
    prospectuses and legal agreements.
&amp;#61607; Proactively address constantly evolving legal, regulatory, tax and industry developments.

EXPERIENCE

&amp;#61607; Good understanding of Irish and UK authorised funds including VCC's, unit trusts and CCFs.
&amp;#61607; Knowledge of European funds regulatory environment.
&amp;#61607; Proven project management skills
&amp;#61607; Experience of maintaining registrations for funds
&amp;#61607; Strong communication skills 
&amp;#61607; Enthusiastic and proactive approach with meticulous attention to detail.

      <description>Transition experience (in-kind transfers, onboarding clients mainly) within an asset manager or service provider background
Exposure to Institutional/Corporate/Pension Fund clients (do not require candidates with private client experience)

PREVIOUS TRANSITIONS EXPERIENCE DESIRED: 

Previous Financial Industry experience within a transitions role essential, previous experience within the back office operations functions essential.   


*In specie transfers from pooled vehicles. 
*Segregated stock &amp; cash transfers. 
*Free of payment transfers. 
*Experience within the transition liaison process.
*Custody transfers.
*Market account openings.   

ROLE

To ensure accurate and timely completion of all client change events (new client, terminating client, fund launches/closures/restructures, custodian change, new money, lost money, new markets for existing clients, unit trust a/c set-up's). Control of new client accounts will be maintained by the Transition team until completion of the transition process at which point the Transitions Coordinator will hand over to the designated Client Administrator. Account closures are monitored and completed by the transition team


PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

* Undertake client transition activities, including in specie transfers, custody changes, new and lost business, fund closures/launches, UT a/c set-up's,  market account openings, processing client payment requests.

* Maintain internal fund account lists with new, changing and exiting business.

* To be an available resource for the update and review of current standing data processes. 

* To be an available resource to undertake ad hoc reviews/projects for the Transitions team.

* Undertake the completion of required client changes within the agreed timeline.

* Be a resource for function-wide business projects representing the transition team, assisting in the scope and impact of the projects and proving resources for testing and implementation.

* Undertake responsibility for processing transition department administration functions. 

Ongoing communication with the Investment Managers, Consultants, Operations teams, underlying Clients, Custodians and external  Transition Managers to ensure rapid and accurate transitions are affected.

      <title>Lending Operations Administrator  City of London DJKLENOPS548898</title>
      <description>We are currently recruiting on behalf of our Banking client based in the heart of the City, an administrator within Lending Operations, the main duties and requirements of this 2 year fixed term contract are as follows:

* Setting up loan accounts and continued maintenance of the loan accounts from inception to repayment.
* Updating Limits following credit approval and receipt of Funds
* Management and recording of Fee income 
* Processing of derivatives
* Management of the Lending reconciliation process
* Recording and updating the Bank's Collateral
* Ensuring that the Bank's records are updated to take into account any property sales or unscheduled capital repayments
* Completing and administrating Bank Audit Reports and liaising with Lending Teams to ensure their accuracy
* Liaising with brokers/customers to ensure that all insurance policies relating to the Bank's collateral are received 
* on a timely basis and that they are correctly recorded and maintained on the Bank's systems

Additional duties:

* Ensuring queries received are dealt with in a professional and timely manner
* Making sure that all work received is completed in accordance with the service level agreement set out in the customer care hand book 
* Interface with front-office Lending and Treasury staff, and other Operations areas within the Bank
* Adhere to Bank policies and team and department procedures. Bank and customer information to remain confidential at all times

Requirements:

* Good Banking experience in an operational / administrative / processing capacity is essential - without this, you unfortunately will not be considered 
* Ability to work within a process and deadline driven environment
* Appreciates and understands the importance of excellence in customer service
* Desire and motivation to work in a busy and detail orientated environment
* Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, etc) and experience of using banking systems
