      <description>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Scheme Manager to join our client in the London area. 
Working within the housing team, this Scheme Manager will have the following responsibilities: 
- Demonstrating a clear understanding of the needs of the clients, to Supporting People standards. 
- Understand the housing management performance targets relevant to your scheme 
- Able to undertake care/needs assessments and produce a support plan.

      <description>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Income Recovery Officer to join our client in North London. Working within the housing team, this Income Recovery Officer will have the following responsibilities:
-Monitor receipt of income and ensure that appropriate action is taken to pursue outstanding debts. 
-Liaise with leaseholders, other officers within and outside the Housing Services Department and outside organisations 
-Undertake recovery action in accordance with defined policy and ensure all accounts are regularly monitored and appropriate action taken. 
-Review, monitor and make proposals for improvements to policies, procedures and practise's. 
-Negotiate and monitor special arrangements for repayment of arrears with debtors (up to the limit of authority granted)

Duties include:

*Providing specialist housing solutions casework and advice for persons with housing needs to prevent homelessness.

*Assisting the Housing Solutions Team Leader in promoting joint working and partnerships with housing providers, including Registered Social and Private Sector landlords to increase the availability and quality of settled accommodation.

*Producing and maintaining accurate case files both electronically and hard copy, as required, to ensure all options discussed and decisions issued are properly evidenced. 

You must have a quantifiable history in successful housing options work.
