**Opportunity to potentially go permanent after 6 months**

The successful candidate will be working on developing and/or configuring SharePoint 2010 web parts to address the needs and challenges of the business. You will be working closely with the SharePoint architect on all SharePoint related administration tasks to ensure full operation support and maintenance of the platform.

Key responsibilities for this SharePoint role include:

-Undertake SharePoint 2010 out-of-the-box and commercial off-the-shelf web parts analysis and configuration
-Develop bespoke web parts in ASP.Net/SharePoint 2010
-Perform admin tasks in SharePoint 2010
-Work closely with the Service Desk team to provide end-user support and issue resolution

-ASP.NET (OOP/C#) 
-Visual Studio 2010

-SP Custom workflows

An experienced Business Analyst with a background in financial services is sought for this new and exciting role. You will be working on projects (both IT and business) as part of the Change Team, providing resource estimates and process specifications to ensure that the processes and procedures are fit for purpose, and value for money.

This business analyst role will be very varied, however typical duties will include:

-Working with various teams or third party providers in order to develop and document business and or IT requirements so that applications, documents, processes or procedures are fit for purpose and adhering to process
-Document existing process to company standards, and support teams in developing new processes which are compliant and fit for purpose, including finding out why existing processes are not delivering what teams require 
-Act as the interface between IT and other departments to ensure that the business architecture is successfully translated into appropriate IT solutions
-Work on allocated business change projects or part of meeting the specification, time and budget resources allocated
-Facilitate discussions within the business and with appropriate third party providers in order to find appropriate solutions to issues

The ideal candidate for this Business Analyst role will posses the following skills:
-Prince 2 qualified (desirable)
-Experience of working in financial services (ideally pensions)
-Six sigma, Lean or similar process qualification
-Excellent analytical and investigative skills
-ISEB qualified (desirable)
-Strong UAT exposure
-Proven people management and stakeholder skills
