The Kickstart programme is an innovative blend of Training and Recruitment solutions.
This innovative programme combines both recruitment and training – enabling us to advertise for, interview, recruit and train new employees as a single, seamless service. To date, through nearly 150 Kickstarts, 2200 individuals have been successfully trained and placed in employment with our clients throughout the UK.
